All Dae Catering ("we", "us") is a catering business operating in the Ottawa area. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name where applicable, event date, event location or delivery address, guest count, event purpose, and any dietary restrictions or allergy information you provide. We also keep a record of the items you ordered and the price.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to issue invoices and process payment, and to keep a record of our business with you. Dietary and allergy information is used only to prepare your food safely and is not used for any other purpose.

Marketing

We may occasionally email past customers about our services or to prompt a reorder. Every message we send identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe we will stop within 10 business days. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@alldaecatering.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We do use a small number of service providers to run our business, and your information passes through them for that purpose only:

• Square, where an invoice is issued for your order
• Our email service provider, to send order confirmations and correspondence
• Base44, which hosts this website and stores our order records

Each of these providers processes your information on our instructions.

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 12 months from the date of your event, after which they are deleted. We keep them for that period so we can answer questions about past orders, handle any follow-up, and understand our own business.

How we protect it

Order records are stored in our booking system and access is restricted to authorised staff. Payment card details are handled entirely by Square and are never stored by us.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted for marketing. Email info@alldaecatering.com or call 613-295-7398 and we will respond within 30 days.
